About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Support Specialist to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable parts and service revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate and territory targets, focusing on customer needs and providing quality solutions to address those needs.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and promote and sell products and services to meet those needs, ensuring accurate market intelligence, pricing, estimates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Finning's CRM software and Product Improvement Program (PIP) to maintain client information and data, enabling accurate market intelligence and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, pricing, estimates, and market intelligence of parts and service revenue targets for assigned customer base.
  • Establish and communicate targets, goals, and objectives aligned with corporate strategy, ensuring consistent and accurate sales documentation and customer agreements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of consulting sales experience, with a proven track record of applying basic selling principles, such as prospecting, introducing benefits, call planning, qualifying, handling objections, follow-ups, and closing the sale.
  • Proven sound mechanical knowledge and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous utilization of a customer relationship management tool and proficiency in MS Office package.
  • An exceptional track record of customer coverage in a large geographic territory.
