Job OverviewAs a Senior Sales Representative at ADP, you will be responsible for driving new and existing business within a defined territory. You will work closely with internal partners to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging our top-notch training to sell cloud-based HR and payroll solutions to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new and existing business within a defined territory.
- Collaborate with internal partners to leverage our training and expertise in selling cloud-based HR and payroll solutions.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Cross-sell into existing accounts by highlighting ADP's new products and solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of strategic sales experience selling to C-level contacts, including 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
- Human Capital Management selling experience an asset.
- Ability to position the value of Comprehensive Outsourcing in competitive situations.
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
