About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Roots. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising products and maintaining store standards.
  • Operations: Perform point of sale transactions, receive shipments, and perform other operational tasks as required.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in apparel.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to understand retail operation concepts and maintain product knowledge.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-starter with good judgment and ability to work independently.
