Requirements
  • Experience in Retail or a Related Field: Previous experience in specialty retail or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Commitment to Exceptional Customer Experience: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, with the ability to lift medium to large items (up to 40 pounds) while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
  • Bilingualism (French/English): Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
