About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Associate to join our team at Reitmans. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized attention to customers, respond to their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Utilize your product knowledge to drive sales, promote products, and maintain visual standards.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: An asset in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Ability to Multitask: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
