Job Title: Senior Helpdesk Manager

About the Role:

NTT DATA Services is seeking a seasoned leader to manage our helpdesk team. As a Senior Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a large team of operational and administrative staff, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision to a team of helpdesk professionals, setting clear expectations for work outcomes and managing performance.
  • Guide the team in achieving operational and project objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, driving results to improve business processes and client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Typically requires 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years of managerial leadership experience.
