Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our operations and HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates for various positions within the company. Your primary focus will be on supporting talent attraction activities, particularly in relation to Staff positions.

Your duties will include:

  • Representing On Side Restoration to job seekers, hiring managers, and the general public.
  • Working closely with internal recruiting systems and procedures to manage the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Writing recruitment-related documentation.
  • Managing social media platforms to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and Corporate Stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume recruiting environments, handling 50+ positions.
  • Strong passion for working in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company.
  • Proficiency in using various technology systems, including Microsoft Teams, SmartSheets, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Avanti Applicant Tracking System.
  • Familiarity with Indeed and other job search platforms.
  • A background in training or education.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Flexibility to work in various time zones across Canada.
