Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
