Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2080613 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
    • Train and develop food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Hire and train food service staff to meet business needs
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
