Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparation and portioning of food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
