We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Husky Williams Lake. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, overseeing menu planning, and ensuring exceptional food quality.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Traininng staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant culinary training
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
