We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to lead our kitchen operations and drive culinary innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of chefs, coordinating menu planning, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute menu development, including sourcing high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Mentor and train junior chefs, promoting a culture of culinary excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective kitchen operations, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
