Job Summary
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to lead our kitchen operations and drive culinary innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of chefs, coordinating menu planning, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute menu development, including sourcing high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Mentor and train junior chefs, promoting a culture of culinary excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement cost-effective kitchen operations, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Inspect kitchens, food storage areas, and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements
