Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Private Household Angela. As a valued member of our household, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, to ensure that our caregivers are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is an asset, but not necessarily required. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our caregivers have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their role.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Cook simple meals
- Shop for food and household supplies
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
As a Home Care Assistant with Private Household Angela, you will work directly with our clients in their own homes, providing one-on-one care and support. This role requires a strong sense of independence and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
