Home Health Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Assistant to provide exceptional care to seniors in their homes. Our ideal candidate will have a Personal Support Worker Certificate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to treat seniors with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:- Personal Care and Assistance: Provide daily living support to seniors, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene tasks.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks that cater to seniors' dietary needs and preferences.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.
- Mobility and Transfers: Assist seniors with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by a physician, following established protocols.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs and health status, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to seniors, enhancing their overall well-being.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns to the supervisor. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year is offered for this position, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
