Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Earls Court Village. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of our long-term care home operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent resident care while promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily home operations, including management of staff, resources, and facilities.
  • Leadership in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance resident care and quality of life.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners, such as healthcare providers and community organizations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate of Long-Term Care Organization and Management or similar qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' proven supervisory experience in a health or social services setting.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.
