About the Role:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Global Hospitality team, including the Senior Vice President, Global Hospitality, Vice President, Wellness, and Vice President, Food and Beverage, Americas. This role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, planning meetings, and managing calendars, as well as providing operational and planning support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives, including flights, hotels, and transfers.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and itineraries for senior executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, including restaurant and hotel reservations.
  • Provide administrative support, including data analysis, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, including scheduling calls and coordinating logistics.
  • Manage vacation schedules and ensure seamless coverage for the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to draft announcements, letters, and memos.
  • Organized and analytical with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to produce high-quality presentations.
  • Maturity and professionalism to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
