Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Operations Supervisor at U Need A Pita is essential for ensuring the smooth running of our dining establishment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage staff and maintain high standards of food service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire personnel for food service roles.
  • Prepare financial plans and cost assessments for operations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Compile and present operational reports as required.
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays to ensure quality and presentation.
  • Monitor the delivery process of food trolleys to guarantee service standards.
