Operations Manager

WSP Canada is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Windsor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from conceptual planning to construction management
- Develop and execute project delivery strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and business development
- Manage financial and technical aspects of projects
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment focused on land development projects
- Extensive project management experience on land development and municipal engineering projects
- Registered as a P. Eng. in Ontario
- Expert knowledge of the land development approvals process in Ontario
- Strong client management skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and project management skills
