Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 14552458 Canada Ltd. as a key member of our food service operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
