Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Staff Management and Development

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

35 to 40 hours per week is the typical work schedule for this role.
