Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2846877 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our food service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, including preparation, presentation, and serving.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
