Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of elevating brands in competitive environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dynamics of software companies growing through scaling phases and be able to leverage their expertise to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity, as well as digital channels, demand generation, product marketing, channel and partnership marketing, and marketing operations. They will also oversee the development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan aligned with the company's goals and values.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with functional peers and the CEO, contributing to executive decision-making and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and enhance stakeholder engagement
  • Lead all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity, as well as digital channels, demand generation, product marketing, channel and partnership marketing, and marketing operations
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Build and manage high-performing marketing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and optimize results
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the healthcare technology industry, preferably with a software as a service (SAAS) company
  • A proven track record of elevating brands in competitive environments and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Deep understanding of the dynamics of software companies growing through scaling phases and ability to leverage expertise to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Experience leading high-performing marketing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development
  • Ability to analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and optimize results
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
