Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Project Lead to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $83,500. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality improvement projects across various healthcare facilities, working closely with stakeholders to enhance the development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement processes and initiatives aligned with strategic plans.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a health services environment managing quality improvement projects, as well as expertise in standardized processes related to quality improvement and accreditation.
  • They will also have experience measuring, monitoring, and reporting on defined quality improvement goals, and hold a post-graduate education in organizational change initiatives and quality improvement.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to support clinical teams and task force leads, implement project plans, monitor project execution, and transfer knowledge of quality improvement tools and project management methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated mid-to-senior leadership capabilities, including ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body.
