Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief or Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct general cleaning services at assigned client sites, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide direction and support to assigned Crew Helpers and Technicians, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Review work orders daily, communicate with associates as needed, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each job.
  • Inspect materials and equipment prior to each job, ensuring they are in good working order and loaded on company vehicles.
  • Create requisitions for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week.
  • Complete jobs to specifications, manage work assignments, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Inspect work completed to ensure it meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate customer inspections, request signatures, and process payments for work completed.
  • Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Provide training to Crew Helpers and Technicians to ensure all jobs are completed to specifications.
  • Maintain all equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working order and kept clean.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the production team and participate in training workshops as required.
  • Help train new crew members in accordance with ServiceMaster standards.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client-facing activities.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies and adhere to all workplace policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; IICRC Certifications considered an asset.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in cleaning services or restoration services.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
