We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief or Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and conduct general cleaning services at assigned client sites, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Provide direction and support to assigned Crew Helpers and Technicians, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Review work orders daily, communicate with associates as needed, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each job.
- Inspect materials and equipment prior to each job, ensuring they are in good working order and loaded on company vehicles.
- Create requisitions for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week.
- Complete jobs to specifications, manage work assignments, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Inspect work completed to ensure it meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
- Facilitate customer inspections, request signatures, and process payments for work completed.
- Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide training to Crew Helpers and Technicians to ensure all jobs are completed to specifications.
- Maintain all equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working order and kept clean.
- Attend weekly meetings with the production team and participate in training workshops as required.
- Help train new crew members in accordance with ServiceMaster standards.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client-facing activities.
- Establish positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies and adhere to all workplace policies.
- High School Diploma required; IICRC Certifications considered an asset.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in cleaning services or restoration services.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
