Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
