Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
