Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Mary Brown's Chicken, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
