About the RoleJob Description

The Senior Media Strategist and Team Lead will play a key role in driving our clients' success by leading the development of comprehensive media plans. You will be responsible for managing a team of media planners and overseeing the execution of client campaigns.

This hybrid position combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless delivery of results-driven media strategies.

  • Lead and manage the media planning component of key client relationships, providing proactive media recommendations to hit client KPIs.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to develop and execute media plans, forecasting results and providing insights as needed.
  • Represent the media planning team on client-facing communications, including briefings, statuses, deliverables, and presentations.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring accuracy and rigour when working with partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and buying.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a passion for internal and external communication.
