The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a strong understanding of major digital platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

  • Expertise in campaign management, data analysis, and reporting on campaign performance is essential.
  • The ability to create media projections that reach client goals based on historical data and industry trends is critical.
Key Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Developing and managing overall paid media strategy and associated tactics to meet client goals through campaign optimization.
  • Analyzing campaign performance using platform UIs such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook, and Google Adwords.
  • Prioritizing and managing client quarterly and ad-hoc requests to ensure on-time completion.
  • Proactively growing and nurturing client goals to scale, while also testing emerging platforms and strategic tactics.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of media math and ability to apply it in a real-world setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, using data from platforms such as Shopify, GA, Rockerbox, etc.
  • Demonstrated advanced paid media knowledge, including media planning and buying.
  • Clear English speaker, reader, and writer, with Google Analytics certification.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
