About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen staff and maintaining high-quality food standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and maintain profitability.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a chef or kitchen manager.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
