Sushi Chef Manager

At Red Shiso Sushi Restaurant, we are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef Manager to lead our culinary team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen staff and maintaining high-quality food standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen operations.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and maintain profitability.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a chef or kitchen manager.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
