About this role

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing our top-tier retail accounts and service agent/rep partners. This role will involve working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop action plans for achieving revenue growth, price integrity, and margin enhancement.

Key responsibilities will include direct sales responsibility for Kidde's Key Accounts, liaison with the National Account Manager to support Customer Buying Groups, and assistance with National Accounts implementations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating support for sales promotion, evaluating promotional opportunities, and making recommendations for high-potential programs.

Additionally, the Key Accounts Manager will gather data from the market and communicate recommended adjustments to Kidde's assortment. This role will also involve actively participating in strategic planning, process improvement, and problem resolution across cross-functional units.

Requirements for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of Key Account experience in a retail environment, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, and analytical skills.
