As a key member of our Digital Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving multiple agile project schedules, managing expectations, and ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Execution: Drive multiple agile project schedules, manage expectations, and ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
- Strategic Alignment: Structure and manage project scope to ensure it aligns with Steelcon's strategic goals.
- Agile Facilitation: Plan and facilitate sprints, scrums, and other agile ceremonies to keep teams focused and productive.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings and presentations that keep all stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with project objectives.
- Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Evolve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular project updates to senior management and participate in high-level strategic planning sessions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is a strong plus.
- Proven Expertise: At least 10 years of experience leading agile projects with a deep understanding of programming concepts and software development processes.
- Agile Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project schedules, balance expectations, and meet critical deadlines.
- Strategic Thinker: Skilled in planning sprints, scrums, and other agile ceremonies, with a talent for aligning project goals with business objectives.
- Leadership Excellence: Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Architectural Alignment: Ability to drive alignment across teams on architecture and delineation of responsibilities between platforms and product services.
