Job Title: Digital Health Project Manager

About the Role:

The Digital Health Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategic system implementation and integration initiatives at Mackenzie Health. This role will involve managing all components of the project life cycle, including business proposals, procurement, planning, execution, and delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale healthcare IT system implementations and transformational change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses
  • Collaborate with operational key leaders and staff to support clinical and non-clinical programs
  • Requirements gathering, workflow development, and process mapping
  • Managing project activities and progress
  • Developing business cases and proposals
  • Project status reporting to all levels of leadership
  • Providing change management expertise and leadership to project team members

Requirements:

  • Baccalaureate Degree in business administration, health informatics, technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting and 3 years of experience in a project management capacity
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
