ERP Transformation Lead

Mackenzie Health is embarking on a multi-year modernization of its human resources, finance, and supply chain services to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The ERP project is a key component of this transformation, aiming to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial processes, policies, and procedures aligned with the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the ERP system.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and transformation, with a focus on finance and accounting.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems.
