ERP Transformation Lead

Mackenzie Health is embarking on a multi-year modernization of its human resources, finance, and supply chain services to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The ERP project is a key component of this transformation, aiming to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and transformation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing finance and human resources processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, develop functional specifications, and conduct testing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and transformation, with a focus on finance and human resources.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to ERP implementation and finance.
