Mackenzie Health is embarking on a multi-year modernization of its human resources, finance, and supply chain services to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The ERP project is a key component of this transformation, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving financial management, and streamlining business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing finance and human resources systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes, policies, and procedures aligned with the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, finance, and operations transformation.
- Strong technical skills in ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization.
