Key Responsibilities:

  • Labour Cost Management: Monitor our labour costs to determine the most effective staffing levels and schedules.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and manage the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize our daily operations to ensure that we are meeting our customer's needs and expectations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise our staff to ensure that they are following our policies and procedures.
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our staff are meeting our expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Event Management: Manage events and functions in our restaurant to ensure that they are successful and meet our customer's expectations.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
