Key Responsibilities
  • Exclusive Client Service Delivery: Provide customized photography experiences tailored to each client's unique preferences and tastes, including private consultations and concierge-style services.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients through personalized interactions and expert knowledge of Nuovo's photography services.
  • Client Experience Enhancement: Anticipate and exceed client needs by offering innovative solutions and upscale experiences to elevate their overall photography studio experience.
  • Upselling and Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for upselling additional photography services and products to maximize revenue and profitability for the studio.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in luxury client relationship management, preferably in sales, hospitality, or luxury retail industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Mac iOS systems.
