The Collection Team Lead will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail while working under pressure. He or she will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures, as well as coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. He or she will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, judgement, and reliability.
Ontario Inc. offers a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The language of work is English, and parking is available.
