Sales Talent Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Talent Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and selling our recruiting services.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in customer success, operational excellence, and achieving sales targets.
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective account management and sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term growth and retention.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Manage and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Deliver exceptional service by adhering to the Peak Process and ensuring all projects are delivered according to defined best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
Talent Assessment & Customer Success:
• Generate predictable forecasts to aid in business planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure the CRM is enriched with proper updates and accurate notes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in a sales, account management or customer success role, ideally selling services. Key qualifications include:
• Proven experience in an inside sales role making 250+ cold calls per week.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM, data and task management. Salesforce experience is a plus.
