The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process, ensuring that the division attracts and hires top talent. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and outcomes to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation (or willingness to obtain) would be an asset.

Minimum 3 years recruiting management experience in a high-volume environment or similar experience managing complex projects/work environments with a diverse employee population.
Demonstrated ability within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably HCM Oracle.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
