Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. Located in the Concord area, this role will provide support with various administrative duties and help with warehouse packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Oversee office facilities and ensure a smooth work environment
  • Route calls to the appropriate individuals and handle customer inquiries
  • Perform data entry, copying, faxing, and filing tasks
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous experience in invoicing and shipping is a plus
