We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Metronomics. The successful candidate will drive business growth by acquiring amazing Metronomics Coaches and CEOs/Companies in need of coaching.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with our Member Success and Marketing teams to optimize processes and deliver exceptional customer value.
This role requires a strong understanding of business operating systems, coaching frameworks, or Metronomics, as well as experience in consultative selling and handling objections effectively. You will also need to be self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Closing new coaches: Conduct discovery conversations, ensure alignment with Metronomics' value proposition, and build a robust pipeline of coach prospects.
- Closing new CEOs/Companies: Develop robust processes for identifying client needs and pain points and how Metronomics can solve these and help them achieve exceptional growth.
- Revenue growth: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
