Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working closely with colleagues to source and deliver solutions for our customers. They will also seize opportunities to grow their knowledge of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide expert advice on car parts and accessories
- Source and order products to meet customer needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
