The Sales Lead will play a critical role in the development of the company's overall strategic plan, focusing on driving growth by acquiring amazing Metronomics Coaches from around the world and CEOs/Companies in need of coaching, ensuring alignment with the company core values and the Metronomics Growth Operating System.
The Sales Lead will provide strategic sales input and executional focus to support organizational growth and position Metronomics as a Global "Oversubscribed" brand. Working closely with the Member Success and Marketing teams to optimize processes to deliver exceptional customer value. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, metrics and deadlines.

Build a robust pipeline of coach prospects. Ensure all sales assets are designed at a premium level and represent Metronomics as a premium brand.
Build a robust pipeline of CEOs/Companies who would benefit from engaging with Metronomics coaching services. Develop robust processes for identifying client needs and pain points and how Metronomics can solve these and help them achieve exceptional growth.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive long-term satisfaction and referrals. 
Market Expansion & Feedback:  Identify trends and opportunities in target markets. Provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement. 
 
Pipeline Management:  Maintain a pipeline of at least 3x the monthly sales target. Weekly reporting on pipeline status and movement. 
Sales Expertise  Proven ability to close high-value deals. Relationship Building  Strong interpersonal skills to connect with coaches and CEOs. Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in professional services, consulting, or coaching industries. 
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales reporting tools. 
Strong technical skills, ability to use Office 365 and other tools.
Experience in a start-up, high-growth business or building kick-ass sales process and teams a plus.
