Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Implement solutions to technical problems and provide training to users
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Set up equipment for employee use and ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, or software
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of networking software, hardware, and security
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position with a hybrid work arrangement. The work language is English.
