We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at INAV PHOTO INC. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team by managing communication channels and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop Office Procedures: Establish and implement efficient office routines and protocols to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the administration of contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Order Office Supplies: Procure and maintain inventory of office materials and equipment.
  • Manage Digital Database: Maintain and update digital records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong focus on customer service and team support.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
