Job Summary:
  • This role involves managing incoming communications, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • You will also be responsible for data entry, filing, and report preparation, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks to support the team's productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation, as well as other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative support professional or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
