Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Closing New Business: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Account Research and Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to identify areas of opportunity and build relationships.
  • Keeping CRM up to Date: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance.
  • Relationship Building & Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive success.
  • Market Intelligence & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Metrics & Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • College/Pro/Olympic Athletes or Veterans preferred: We value the unique skill sets and experiences that athletes and veterans bring to the table.
  • Ability to work under pressure: You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so it's essential to be able to manage stress and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English: Strong communication and language skills are crucial for success in this role.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
