About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team at Canadian Farms Produce Inc. as a Crop Production Supervisor. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our farm, ensuring the safe and efficient production of crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Maintain Accurate Financial and Production Records
  • Provide Agricultural Crop Services
  • Supervise and Coordinate the Work of Farm Workers and Harvesting Labourers
  • Ensure Compliance with Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records
  • Supervise and Oversee Crop-Related Operations
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment
  • Perform General Farm Duties
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Farm Operations or a Related Field
  • Excellent Oral Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with Tight Deadlines
  • Physical Demands of the Job Include Sitting, Standing, and Walking
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment
